Digital Products — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of STL file packs and digital downloads are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once your purchase is complete.

Issues With Your Files

If you experience a technical issue with your files please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

Please note that 3D printing results depend on many variables outside of our control, including printer quality, filament quality, calibration, and so on. We're unable to troubleshoot individual printer setups or guarantee print outcomes on your specific machine. Our files are tested before release, but successful prints ultimately depend on your equipment.

That said, if you believe there's an issue with the file geometry or design, we absolutely want to hear about it, don't hesitate to reach out.
