How to Access the Latest Files

Whenever a product is updated, you simply need to log in to your account to access the latest files.  This guide covers how to get to your files, how updates work, and what to do when you cannot get in.

Getting To Your Files

    1.    Click the profile icon in the top right.

    2.    Enter the exact email address you used at purchase and press Continue.

    3.    A one time code is emailed to that address. Enter it and press Submit.

    4.    Click the relevant order, then click the blue "Access Downloads" button.

    How Updates Work

    • To get the latest files, log in and download the files again, that's it!
    • You are also emailed a link to the login/download page whenever new files are added, so you do not have to keep checking.
    • Only the latest version is kept when an STL Pack is updated. Older versions are no longer available once a new update is live.

    Still Not Able to Log In?

    Almost every access problem comes down to the email address used when purchasing. Follow the troubleshooting steps below based on the issue:

    You created an account with a different email after buying

    Files only appear under the address used at purchase. Sign in with the purchase address instead.

    You cannot remember which email you used

    Check your email accounts to see which one received the order confirmation.

    You checked out using Shop

    If you checked out using your Shop account, you will need to login with your Shop account to access your files.

    The code has not arrived after 10 minutes

    Check your junk or spam folder, then double check you entered the address exactly.

    You entered a typo in your email at checkout

    This one needs a human. Get in touch and the email on the order can be corrected.
